bbgFramework version 0.1.0 (alpha) initial release

Finally put together the initial release of the bbgFramework. This framework is focused mainly for PBBG developers but it can be used to make any kind of web application really.

As of this release, there is only one wiki article that shows you how to create an About module using the framework:

If you have any questions on how to use any of the functions, please post them in the Help forum on this project.

I am looking for developers to help contribute to the code so please message me or post in the Developers forum. The SVN is empty at the moment but will be put soon.
