#17 BBConf not correctly loading the AllGoodPeople theme

When BBConf loads the AllGoodPeople theme from
<http://themes.freshmeat.net/projects/all-good-people/?topic_id=934%2C920%2C962>,
it thinks that several colors of the theme are white
when they are not. This becomes obvious when one
presses the "Apply" button to save the theme: it
becomes a lot whiter!

Not sure what's going wrong, but at least you have a
test case. :-]
