rank: real low
summary:
user may put blackbox into a directory with spaces in the name. if s/he does, running the install/uninstall command from the xoblite menu will fail.
to reproduce:
1. start with a vanilla winxp system (at least explrer should be the current shell)
2. run blackbox.exe from a directory with spaces - in my case it was in a folder on my desktop, so the folder with spaces was 'documents and settings' (I know now that your manual suggests that i put it in c:\blackbox so i'm cool now)
3. right click the desktop , then click on xoblite > installation > -install
expected: i expected it to install initially. after having read the instructions, something like this would be nice:
1. user clicks the -install option
2. system says 'usually, the best place to store xoblite is in "c:\blackbox." Would you like to copy the files there before installing?'
a) user chooses 'Yes', so copy and install
b) user chooses 'No', so tell them they're dumb and then I guess go ahead with the install.
actual result: got an error dialog (sorry I forgot to note exactly what it said, but it was clear that the spaces caused the issue.
P.S. I love this shell.
