Steps to Reproduce:
1)Run MS Office Outlook 2003
2)Attempt to connect to Exchange Server
3)
4)

Notes:

Upon attempting to connect to an Exhange server,
Outlook has a fatal error and needs to close. This only
occurs with BBWinSkin running. It only occurs after you
click OK to make the actual connection attempt.
