#153 ISDN / Dialup / Remote Access Connection Manager

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Install Discountsurfer from www.teltarif.de
2) Connect to an isp
3) wait about 10 minutes
4) then you can't access your explorer and sometimes
every program crashes (doesn's respond any longer)
Notes: Can't describe the problem in all its aspects. :(
Once i connected with discountsurfer to the internet.
the cpu is going to be at 100% after some minutes and
most of the programmes don't respond any longer. It's
not that the pc shuts down completely or gets an error
out, but you only can reset the machine to work with it
again.
Then i uninstalled my isdn-card and re-installed it,
then the service "Remote Access Connection Manager"
could not be started because i had no access to start
it - as administrator and i wasn't able to create
internet connections. So I reinstalled Windows because
of this problem, than everything worked fine with
discountsurfer until i installed bb4win again. Could be
a bit of a problem for you to work with discountsurfer
because it's for german isps and only for ISDN/Modem....
