#151 Dialup conection window not opening

yep, one of the people still using dialup...

when i try to open the window's dial-up conection
window from BlackBox, it wont open... I have to start
it dialing and then start BlackBox... Im using the core
one running on XP with BBleanskin added, but ive tried
it without leanskin it and it still wont work...

Otherwise BB is awesome- this is like the only thing
keeping me from putting it as my default shell...
