#138 Explorer windows being opened as blackbox.exe threads

Whenever an [exec] entry in menu.rc has just a pathname
as the argument (no program), the explorer file manager
window opens, but no explorer.exe is run. The window
seems to be running as a thread in the blackbox.exe
process, so if it freezes for any reason (I found this
bug because of an unrelated problem with my file
manager windows freezing), the only way to get rid of
it is by closing BB, which then needs restarting from
the task manager.

I tried changing the setting in the Folder Options
"Open folder windows in a separate process" but this
doesn't seem to affect Blackbox. Changing the menu.rc
to run explorer.exe explicitly (i.e. "[exec]
{explorer.exe c:\}" instead of just "[exec] {c:\}")
runs a separate process. Using the windows "Run" box
has the same effect.
Disabling BBDDE.dll makes the windows open in a new
process, but then I also get error boxes ("c: not
found", even though the window still opens).
I think what it should do is run separate
explorer.exe's based on the system setting, or maybe
just force them to use a separate process.
I'm using BB 0.0.90 on WinXP SP1.
