#137 [bbLean] Global IME (internat.exe) will not run

MS Global IME Pad fails to show up in the systray or
even persist for more than a moment when run on Win2k
SP4 running bbLean 1.12. This makes it impossible to
switch input locals for multilingual users who require
the IME Pad to type in some languages (Chinese,
Japanese, Korean...)

Running bbLean installed as shell.
