First news
February 2007 - the beginning of origin of the project.
Creation of a file lib.php - loaded library of functions in which all will be placed necessary for work with a cursor of function.
Creation files index.php - an initial loading file in which there will be by default a module of a content.
Creation of a folder inc - a static html-pattern (tags <html> <meta>, etc.)
Creation of a folder tpl - folders with themes for a site.
