There is no option for a trace plot in BayesAss 1.3. If you instead use BA 3 you can use a command line option to generate a trace file that can be plotted using the "Tracer" program.

Hello
I also need to know how to determine if Bayesass 1.3 is running correctly. I have read the journal article but I still can't determine which values I need to plot. I have downloaded BA3 on three separate computers (Windows7, Windows 8 and XP) and with all of them I can open the application as the libgsl_0.dll is apparently missing. So I need to be able to use Bayesass 1.3. Can you point me in the right direction please?
Thanks
Charlotte

I am using Bayesass 1.3 and I cannot find where I can see the plot of the trace values, do I have to obtain this plot manually?
thanks,
Valerie
