A convenient and safe fix for Windows icon display error; this feat is accomplished by: termination Window's Explorer, deleting Windows Explorer icon .db (database), deleting Windows icon cache, deleting Windows thumbnail cache, and then restarting Windows Explorer before self-termination of Batty-ICO-Refresh. These actions are accomplished through a Windows CMD script (.bat file), which must be run with administrator privileges.
