#28 Map Exchange

So that the B4M website would have a user-made
repository of maps, that requires nobody to upkeep
(maybe just check for foul language etc).

People could make maps and send them to the website
without leaving the game. There would be a button in
the editor menu "Send to mandicor.org" and after
clicking, it would ask for a name and description and
it would automatically add it to mandicor.org.
