#2 48kHz wavs aren't supported

Stratagus only supports wavs that are 44kHZ, 22kHZ,
and 11kHz. I found some wavs that are 48kHz.

sounds/dwarves/basic_voices/die/die*.wav

There might be more but I haven't checked. Compile
the engine in debug mode to see the errors.
