#1 Doesn't pass arg[0] to the mailer

Currently, batemail calls the mailer with the
arguments that it was called with - except for
argument 0.

I think this technique is used to instruct certain
mailers to immitate other mailers.

    Passing Arg[0] to the other process is not a viable option.
    A quick work around would be to have muliple copies of
    batemail, each calling the perspective mailers. If need be,
    mailer could possibly be set within batemail by using a
    lookup table and analyzing arg[0]. I prefer the former
    method. It's cleaner and less prone to error.
