#1 Possibility for 'addborders'

Hi,
I have a vid 1280x544 and I use your tool to change resolution to 1280x720... I also want to add a black border on top and bottom of the video?
I saw some vars in the code for differences but have no glue whether this is possible or not... if so, do you see a chance to implement or do you have an idea were to enhance the code?
