[Bastille-linux-discuss] How is the health of the project?

Is development on going? Who is/are the primary maintainer(s) and
contributor(s) these days? The main site
http://www.bastille-unix.org/index.html doesn't seem to have been
updated in a while and I see the last rpm update was 25 September 2008.
