I donwloaded the source tar gz yesterday as well as the RPMs (3.2.1 if
I'm not mistaken) and they looked fine.Both had the expected content
in the Bastille/ directory, including API.pm and other modules. It
does not seem to fully match the contents of the CVS repository
however (which claims to be vesion '3.0.30').

In the Sourceforge page you can easily find the access to the CVS
repository anyway.
