#3 GUI - modified/completed fields

There should be two "checkbox" type fields in the GUI
telling the user the status of each module. One
should indicate if the user left at a valid exit point
and had completed all of the module's questions. The
other should indicate if the user made any changes to
a given module during this run (from the read-in
config)
