[Basilix-users] adding new users automaticly

I want to ask you one more, do you know how to make (from where to get) 
module for adding new users automaticly, that can work with basilix.
to have mail user ..."one user"  must have user on the machine ... I search 
the net but unfortunatly I did not find yet any working module
for sample - > http://mail.starazagora.net   is using squirrel mail and they 
are using module from "horde" to add new users (I am not sure, pls take a 
look).
I found one example for adding new user from php, but it is not working for 
me at this time (may be I am to lame, may be some configurations in my 
php.ini is not working)
