Greetings,
 After installing v.1.1.1 on a FreeBSD 4.09 box
with MySQL v.4.0.15, Apache 1.3.28 and PHP v.4.3.3.
An attempt to go to the document root (home page)
returns the following URL:
/index.php?testCookie=1
which is a blank page. Does anyone know why this
happens. Does anyone know how to fix it?
