#6 Settings option to open in new window

Have an option in the settings to select if you want to open a new
window when you click on the mail message. It's begins to wear on
you, that you have to click on a message and then go back to inbox and
then click on next message. Yes, I know you can select next message
while reading a specific message, but sometimes, it's not always the
next message. (However, reference bug for this one)
