#16 Multiple Logins Fail

We have an email account setup that multiple users
login to and check the emails. When one person is
logged in, then another person logs in, it kicks both
users out, and they cannot log in again for a certain
period of time. Is there a setting that can be done, or
code that can be changed to prevent this?
