#1 Search engine is weak and broken
Many times I will search words that are clearly in the subject
line, but do not appear in the list of found items. The Search also needs
to include more options, currently it only has "Body From and Subject".
Unfortunately, it also needs "To" otherwise it's difficult to search the
Sent Items.

Searches on folders other than Inbox only work if there are other folders
included in the search.
Multiword searches only work if the words to be searched for occur together.

This is largely fixed in cvs. I've added a search on "To" and fixed a problem
where folders other than Inbox would only be searched if Inbox was selected.
I'm changing the resolution to Later as more criterea still need to be added
and multiword searches need to be improved but these will have to wait until
the register_globals off work is complete or near complete.
