[B2-devel] Basilisk II build problem

The file 0_HOW_TO_BUILD.txt in src/MacOSX says:

> 2) Open a Terminal, and cd to BasiliskII-1.0/src/MacOSX

> 3) sh 1_prepare_files.sh

But there is no 1_prepare_files.sh file.
