[B2-devel] Win32 Debug runs, Release quits before getting to Mac OS boot

Using one of the Macintosh Repository tar balls, I have a running system 
from master head on GitHub.
My Win32 debug image runs, but my Release build quits apparently before 
getting to the OS initialization.
I had to run the gen*.exe files by hand.  VS doesn't want to build those 
custom targets.
I'm hooked and fascinated :).  I started coding for GUIs on 68k Macs.
I want to hack on this.
