I would not want BII/SheepShaver messing with the “lock” option, because I like to use it for disk images that I do not want BII/SheepShaver to change (they then show up as read-only in the Finder). If BII/SS could turn it on, it stands to reason that they could also turn it off after a crash. (Yes, I know that I could use permissions for this. This is handier.) Charles |
