[B2-devel] Initial Basilisk II for Windows

Hi,

It is now possible to fully build a version of Basilisk II for Windows=20=

through Cygwin. It's not complete yet (misses bits from Lauri's) but it=20=

can work through SDL graphics. And, most importantly, JIT is the newest=20=

one and run-time resolution & depth switching work.

It's important to get a decent Windows version first to be revived=20
prior to switching on to SheepShaver as the latter shares a lot of code=20=

from B2.

BTW, I am still not a Windows prorammer so don't expect much either. ;-)
