[B2-devel] JIT fixes pour Pentium 4 in CVS

Hi,

Some Pentium 4 happened to come next to me recently and I could fix
remaining problems with the JIT. So please, people if you had problems
with JIT on P4 (for example so garbled X video and such) please give it a
try.

Interestingly, one Speedometer 4 test showed performance around 110 times
faster than a Quadra 605. ;-) Though on average, that was only around 40
times.
