[B2-devel] Integration of JIT compiler

Hi,

I have not comitted jit compiler into main tree yet as I am carrying out
some cleanups and testing first. However, though both uae_cpu/ directories 
from current B2/CVS+JIT and B2/JIT tree are almost identical but some 
unused code removed, I noticed a performance hit of about 30% wrt. the 
original B2/JIT tree! Needless to say, that's quite confusing.
