The Win32-specific portions of the source are not part of the CVS archive.
The latest Win32-compilable source is probably the one on
  http://www.nic.fi/~lpesonen/BasiliskII/
which is likely to be out-of-sync with the main sources by now.

Making a basic working version shouldn't be difficult, but getting the
graphics up to reasonable speed could get involved.
