I gave the new 64-bit video blitters a try.  On my SGI Octane, the
16-bit Speedometer video test score improved 8.7% with the 64-bit
blitters, at 30hz.  Unfortunately, there isn't a 32-bit Speedometer
video test.

The 1-8 bit test scores were unaffected, as you'd expect.  The
Blit_Expand_x_To_y() routines could do maximally-sized reads too, or
at least some loop unrolling.
