[B2-devel] CVS web interface available

Hi!

A web interface to the B2 (and others) CVS is now available on
  http://down.physik.uni-mainz.de/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi

Among other features, it provides a really nice way to view the differences
between file revisions.

Also, I've upgraded the version of CVS running on the server to 1.10.8.
