Apparently this isn't the only bug in QuarkXpress 4.1,
according to other forums, and according to people on
these forums, these bugs are down to errors in the
emulation of the 680x0 CPU used. However, the one I've
got is as follows:
Go into Quark -- seems to fire up and run fine.
Load a document -- it loads, and doesn't crash, but
all of the text frames appear empty. Only graphical
items on the page are printed -- the text is missing.
It you click on a frame, and start typing, all of your
missing text suddenly appears.
It would be nice if someone could fix this, as the
only reason I got into Mac emulation was to run
Quark ;-) And Basilisk, apart from the errors in this
one app, has to be one of the best emulators I've ever
seen on any platform.

Quark XPress is, huh, quite expensive. ;-)
Which platform are you running on? On x86, you could use the
x86 optimized FPU core that should be the most complete and
accurante emulation of FPU.
