#35 Redhat 7.1 on, Redhat 7.2 off

With Redhat 7.1 and original kernel Basilisk runs.
With Redhat 7.2 and kernel 2.4.9-13, Basilisk crashes
with:
Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x2d)!
Gdk-ERROR **: BadRequest (invalid request code or no
such operation)
serial 48 error_code 1 request_code 0 minor_code 0

    Looks like an X/Video driver problem rather than a Basilisk
    problem, since it works with the earlier kernel version,
    see if its fixed in latest X/Kernel. What Video card/driver
    is it, have you got a different one?!

    Similarly for original 2.4.7 kernel of RH7.2. In addition
    this Basilisk (0.9.x) fails on athlon, PIII, and PIV. The
    JIT compiler nearly works but dies at the last minute.
    However, Basilisk 0.8 from a year or so ago does work,
    albeit more slowly.
