[Basicportal-mvc-programm] BasicPortal 0.7k

Hi, I have just installed basic portal 0.7k. The latest from
sourceforge. My database is working OK. Postgresql 7.3.1.

but I get following error. when I try to acces index.jsp.

[Exception in:/do/bbMainModule] null

on my log: I get
