[Bashdb-devel] bashdb-trace not installed (bashdb-3.1-0.06)

Folks - 

Noticed as a slight omission in the bashdb-3.1-0.06 release in that
bashdb-trace is not installed. bashdb-trace is needed if you want to
use set_trace (call the debugger from inside your BASH program).  

CVS sources have been fixed, the patch to Makefile.am should be
attached below.
