[Bashdb-devel] Preparation for 0.43 release

It's been a while since the last release and there are a couple of
bugs I've found since then. So I've been planning on another release
soon. 

If there's interest I can post a candidate tarball. If not, people who
pick up the release can test. And of course there's what is currently
in CVS.
