[Bashdb-devel] Debugging bashdb

Platform: Cygwin under Windows 2000
Hello,
  because I get no or no ending output by using the bashdb command V ,
I want to debug bashdb with gdb.
But with this tricky programming like “code = setjmp (top_level);”,
Bashdb loops invisible from gdb.

Please tell me something about this concept of programming, and how to debug 
bashdb.

What exactly do you mean with "loops invisible from gdb"?

gdb should be able to handle setjmp's and longjmp's, at least on Linux
(and other unices very probably too). `maint info breakpoints' should
give you a line with a "longjmp resume" as type and a negative number.
