[Bashburn-info] I fixed it so we can enforce strict enumerations in config.

There's a new param in conf_menuitems (See the setup for BBLANG) which if 
true says that we are enforcing strict enumerations. The user gets the 
list of choices, but if he picks something outside of the list then it is 
summarily rejected.

(I also found a bug. 40 quatloos if you can see it.)
