[Bashburn-info] Problem with the man page for bb

I see bashburn.1.gz.

We need to not keep the .gz file in svn. That should be deleted and 
replaced with the ungzipped version. Then the Install file should be 
modified to put the .1 file into $prefix/share/man/man1/BashBurn.1.gz and 
the unistall code has to make sure to remove it.

I'll take care of it tonight.
