I knew about this but I thought I'd save it for later. No such luck. It 
should be fixed in 3.0 rev 556.

Now a reset of config params will not reset adv config params, and vice 
versa.

TBD: I need to restore the comments in the bashburnrc file that used to be 
there. :-(
