Ok, here's the new deal. It's good to be able to hit return and mean 
"Excuse me, I didn't mean to hit this." But we also need a way to set 
something to a null value. So The New Deal goes like this:

* Hit return (empty text) and that gets you out without making a change.
* Supply the escape string "" (i.e., two double quotes) and bb knows you 
want to set to the null string.
