Hi all,

I've found what I believe to be another bug in the upgrade script for 0.3.7.
The script doesn't actually install the new version of the bblog script it
instead leaves the old version behind, I'm assuming this is not deliberate
because it is not noted in the README.UPGRADE file. If it is a bug the attached
patch fixes it.
