[base] Hmm problem with BASE patch??

Hi Everyone,
I just tried the base1.0.6->base1.0.7a patch file.  It went fine until:
Patching file base_data.sql using Plan A...
Hunk #1 succeeded at 3.
Hmm...patch: **** malformed patch at line 333: Only in 
base-1.0.6/contrib: format_conversion

then stopped
My base still seems fine, so any ideas??
