[basedb-devel] BASE 3.1 has been released

Hello all,

We are happy to announce the release of BASE 3.1. It is a new major 
release that among other things include:

  * A new and improved user interface
  * Possibility to clone reporter information to a local copy
    per experiment
  * A migration script for moving a BASE installation from MySQL
    to PostgreSQL
