b64 -- Base64 Encode/Decode Utility / News: Recent posts

The b64.c code has been updated to version 0.02B. This includes fixes to all the issues found to date.

A release package will be coming in the next few days. This package will inlcude the source and an executable file (b64.com). This program shouldd run under any DOS emulation.
