#6 [Java] Don't output errors to the output file

For example, with the JavascriptWriter on the attached
log, it outputs many java.text.ParseException in the
.js file.
Those exceptions should be directed to stderr, and not
logged into the output file.

In the case of the attached log, they are comments.
Each such comment group should be followed by an HTML table
with the corresponding log lines.
