#50 PreloaderBarcode causes FOP to validate SVGs

Hi,

We face an issue when creating PDFs with Apache FOP. FOP tries to validate each SVG against a remote DTD which slows down the processing.

According to the related bug report in the FOP Jira, this behavior is related to PreloaderBarcode (from Barcode4J) and not PreloaderSVG (from ApacheFOP).

Can anyone confirm this suspicion? And has any idea how to solve this issue?
