The proposed patch restructures the existing code to work with PHP5 with classes.

It should be easier to maintain thereafter.

Note that to use this patch, images must be moved to the 'images' subdirectory instead of staying in the same directory as the code.

found http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm that works in windows

looks like this patch works well with barcode 39 and php5
