#7 'Is not in play queue' for smart playlist

When preparing a play queue, while adding songs from a smart playlist to the play queue, it's often hard to remember what songs you've already selected to be played. It would be very helpful to have an ('is/is not' in 'play queue') option for smart playlist criteria.
